Privacy notice

Triple Seven Studios runs five branded tax desks on one application: EZTax, FileMyTaxes, FileYourTaxes, FileMyTaxesNear.me, and BusinessTaxesNearMe. This notice describes the local product. A lawyer should replace it before any real taxpayer data is collected.

We collect the account email, the interview answers, uploaded tax forms, and, when you provide them, a Social Security number or ITIN and a bank account. Those two fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. The interface shows only the last four digits.

The tax assistant receives the calculated return, not the identifier or the bank account. Logs redact those values. Quiz answers are stored as a lead with the funnel hostname and any campaign parameters that arrived with you.

Florida has no personal income tax. If you name another state, we store it for a preparer. We do not sell the return. Disclosure to a preparer or any other person is covered by the separate IRC §7216 consent, and that disclosure consent is optional.

Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity for taxpayers and 15 minutes for staff, and in all cases after 12 hours. You can ask for export or deletion; the product does not yet automate a full deletion workflow. That belongs on the go-live checklist.
